Kids’ Fishing Workshop on the lawn at Cachuma Lake Nature Center from 9 - 11:30 a.m., check in is at 8:45, ages 7 to 14, all equipment is provided. Topics are salt-water fishing, bass, crappie, bluegill, catfish, trout, knot-tying, and casting. A bag of equipment for each participant includes a variety of terminal tackle, a small fly box, a stringer, a book, “Let’s Go Fishing,” and a package of plastic worms. Also a copy of Fish and Game Regulations and a “Junior Fishing License.”
